SPA ETIQUETTE & CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure a peaceful, relaxing visit to Sage:

✶ Please silence your phone

✶ Use a quiet voice

✶ Arrive a few minutes early to your scheduled appointment time

✶ Complete any emailed intake forms prior to your appointment

✶ We kindly ask that children not be brought into the day spa, as this is a space for quiet and relaxation; children unable to maintain a peaceful environment may be asked to leave, and refunds will not be provided.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24-hours of your service(s) please remember that we do have a late cancellation/rescheduling fee. ​Providing less than 24 hours notice, or missing an appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves gaps in the practitioners’ day that could have been filled by another Guest. As such, we require a 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. A valid credit card on file is required to reserve appointment times.
