To ensure a peaceful, relaxing visit to Sage:
Please silence your phone
Use a quiet voice
Arrive a few minutes early to your scheduled appointment time
Complete any emailed intake forms prior to your appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24-hours of your service or 12-hours of your class, please remember that we do have a late cancellation/rescheduling fee.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves gaps in the practitioners’ day that could have been filled by another Guest. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your service appointment(s) and 12 hours notice before classes/events.
Guests who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Guest who provide less than 12 hours notice, or miss their class/event, will be charged 100% of the class/event fee.
