Exploring the Elements in Ayurveda with Shawna | 75min workshop

Sunday | July 20 | 3:00-4:15P. $15 BOOK ONLINE

We will begin our time together with a short tea ceremony, pouring gratitude into our cups as we settle into our space. We will talk about our digestive fire, our Agni, and the importance of keeping that fire going. 

While sipping on our tea we'll discuss a few daily activities or Dinacharya , that you can bring into your self care routine. Shawna is on the path to become an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and is excited to share what she has learned so far.

Followed by some gentle movements to prepare our body and mind to absorb the ancient knowledge that Ayurveda holds.

        ~ 3 Doshas 

        ~ 20 Qualities or Gunas 

To help all the info really sink in, Shawna will lead a sound bath mediation, giving you the space to reflect on what we learned together. There will be time after for questions, more tea and connecting with those around you.
