Sessions may include Chiropractic Adjustments, Focused Soft Tissue Massage, Chinese Medicine Cupping, Acupuncture, InLight Therapy, Graston Therapy, Fascial Release, Hypervolt Trigger Point work, and many more based on your needs and wants.
CHIROPRACTIC INITIAL EXAMINATION & TREATMENT
Your first chiropractic appointment will last approximately one hour for examination and treatment.
During the first part of your session the doctor will review your completed health history questionnaire with you, and conduct a physical examination. This examination may include vital signs, neurological and orthopedic testing, gait analysis, postural examination, muscle testing, and functional biomechanics.
The second half of your visit consists of “touch” diagnostics to evaluate your area of complaint and/or surrounding areas. The use of touch allows the doctor to locate and treat muscle and joint restrictions, scar tissue, trigger points, and other types of dysfunction that may be contributing to your symptoms.
You will be educated on all the findings and their significance. Once a diagnosis is determined, a treatment plan will be recommended that best suits your needs, from active care to relieve pain and dysfunction to maintenance care for well-being and prevention. $150. BOOK ONLINE
30 Minute chiropractic Treatment
For ESTABLISHED patients only. Generally the BEST OPTION for most Guests, allowing time for the doctor to provide extended hands-on therapies & CMT. 30 minutes is also the best option for evaluation & treatment of new complains for existing patients. $80. BOOK ONLINE
60 Minute chiropractic Treatment
For ESTABLISHED patients only. 60 minute treatments are best selected when Guests have multiple areas requiring treatment or seeking multiple extended therapies in a single visit (for example, focused soft-tissue work & CMT along with acupuncture or light therapy). $130. BOOK ONLINE
15 Minute chiropractic Treatment

CMT ONLY TREATMENT

Sage no longer contracts with medical insurance companies, however, Guest’s requesting to utilize your medical benefits will receive a detailed bill of services to submit to your insurance company, flex spending or health savings account for potential reimbursement directly back to you.

Depending on your presentation, a radiological imaging referral may be necessary for further diagnosing.
If your condition(s) are beyond the capabilities of this office, your practitioner will assist you with a referral to the appropriate physician.
