Sundays | May 25 + June 8 + July 13 | 10:30-12:30P. $65 BOOK ONLINE
Discover a new way to view, care for, and move within your body.
Fascial Framework is a unique playshop series designed to help you deepen embodiment and redefine your movement patterns—through the powerful entry lens of fascia.
Rooted in a multidimensional understanding of the body and its care, each session offers:
Guided movement practices
Somatic awareness tools
Foundational theory and open discussion
Personalized self-care techniques
You’ll learn how to come home to your body, interpret its cues, and use both concept and movement as medicine. Each session builds on the last, offering a supportive structure to develop your own whole-body care practice—accessible at every level of form and experience.
Together, we explore what it means to relate to the body not just physically, but energetically and emotionally—with fascia as our connective guide and a like-hearted group alongside you.
How to prepare for class:
Wear movable clothing
Your Fascial Framework folder (if you’ve attended before)
An open heart, curious mind, and your deepest body questions
Each class includes about an hour of theory and Q&A, followed by an hour of guided movement and fascia-based tools for physical and emotional support.
