Whether it is a birthday party, a girls or guys day/night out, a family fun day, corporate team building, bachelorette or bachelor party ~ Yoga is great way to have fun together.

Sage can also curate spa services ~ massage, facials, mani/pedis, sauna, etc. ~ for your small group event.
MAT YOGA CLASS
Increase balance & flexibility while centering the mind through the use of traditional poses and breath to strengthen and lengthen the body. Each class will be tailored to the student’s needs. Private instruction is a great way to progress your yoga practice with 1 on 1 attention or with a group of friends.
Private Class (1 student) - 60-minute $80 | 90-minute $120
Semi-Private Class (2 students) - 60-minute $40/student | 90-minute $60/student
Private Yoga Party (3-6 students) - 60-minute $120/class | $20 for each additional student. Maximum of 10 students/class
Private Yoga Party (3-6 students) - 90-minute $180/class | $30 for each additional student. Maximum of 10 students/class
AERIAL YOGA CLASS
Through use of a suspended hammock (the silk), Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga postures with the support and sensory-enhancing movement of the silk. Classes can be tailored for a fun flow or more restorative for relaxation. All levels are welcome. Please wear shirts that cover armpits (no tanks tops) and leggings that cover the knees.
Private Class (1 student) - 60-minute $85 | 75-minute $125
Semi-Private Class (2 students) - 60-minute $60/student | 75-minute $80/student
Private Party | Aerial or Restorative Yoga (3-6 students) | 60 minute - $210
Private Party | Aerial or Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing (3-6 students) | 75 minute - $270
Private Party | Restorative + Reiki (3-6 students) | 75 minute - $270
Private Classes/Parties must be reserved with a valid credit card.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve class.
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the private class, the full cost of the session will be charged, if canceling within 48 hours of the private class, then 50% of the class will be charged. No-shows will be charged the full fee.
